From the initial meeting with our clients we strive to understand their environments, processes,
priorities and challenges. Through asking questions and gathering information we are able to work with
our recruiting and management team to find technically qualified candidates with all of the necessary
interpersonal skills to fit your organization.
We seek out, recruit and retain qualified individuals through a variety of resources and established
networks. Our candidates are screened through a rigorous, multi-step process which starts with the initial
phone call or e-mail. Our recruiting staff determines whether the candidate will continue through our process during
these initial communications. All questions regarding availability and fit for the position are addressed
at this time.
Once a candidate passes through this process, they proceed to a more technically challenging test in
which a senior Manifest staff member evaluates their expertise and rates them appropriately. At
this point, either a member of our Business Development team or a Senior Manager interviews each candidate to
assess the candidate’s overall fit for our clients needs.
Our resumes are formatted to facilitate quick analysis by the client reviewer. We include the hourly
rate as well as interview and start date availability. In addition, we provide any references of prior
experience within the client’s site. This offers our clients
the ability to cross-reference our consultants with other managers in their organization. The Executive
Summary is a synopsis of the consultant’s background as it relates to our clients’ requirements. This
Summary saves time by directing our clients through the detail of our consultant’s resume to the specific
experience they are looking for. Technical Environments and Experience are then detailed in the body of
the resume.
Manifest believes in open communication with our clients. There is not a question about our internal
operations we will not discuss. Manifest initiated "Full Cost Disclosure" as our standard method of doing
business. We state our profit margins up front, because we believe our clients have the right to know.
We view our client’s budget as our own, and we won’t charge rates to our clients that we would not pay
ourselves.
When a consultant begins an assignment, Manifest works with the client manager to understand their
expectations. Manifest Client Development staff members monitor our consultants at regular intervals during
the assignment. We then QA this process by obtaining feedback from the client to verify their satisfaction
with our consultant’s work quality and overall fit. Our processes and strict attention to detail
result in return engagements with our clients.
As a quality assurance measure, Manifest offers a warranty on every consultant placed with a client.
If our client is not satisfied with our consultant’s performance, Manifest will replace the consultant and the warranty period is free. The warranty is then renewed for the next
consultant.
While this is our Process, we also believe FLEXIBILITY is key to ensuring our client’s satisfaction.

As standard practice, we do NOT have our consultants sign non-compete contracts. We believe if a client and
one of our consultants feel they have a match, the consultant must have the freedom to join our client
unencumbered. As a result, well over 50 of our consultants to date have joined our clients' organizations.
Contract to hire - Manifest Solutions offers our clients the flexibility of hiring our consultants
with no fees after a period of six months. Prior to the six month period if a client chooses to hire our
consultant, we will pro-rate the placement fee against profit earned.
